I’m pleased to offer regular weekly sessions on Tuesday's and Wednesday's between 10am - 6:20pm and Thursday's 10am - 5:20pm.

I specialise in working individually with clients, either face to face, online, over the phone or a combination of the three.
My therapy room is located on the 3rd floor (reached by stairs) at 45 Frederick Street, Edinburgh, EH2 1EP.

“I found our sessions incredibly helpful, seeing that my anxieties were legitimate and helping me to understand why I feel certain ways in situations. It really helps to speak to a third party with some outside perspective. Having now experienced counselling I would really urge anyone to do it, it’s not as scary or as big a deal as I thought it would be, I think I always put it off because I felt there was nothing majorly wrong with me but anxiety does build up and it does feel really good to release it.
