“I really was in quite a difficult place with my mindset when I came to you and I wasn’t sure if counselling was going to help. I can confidently say now that the sessions really helped me change my outlook and actually allowed me address some things I hadn’t really even realised were maybe contributing to the difficulties I was having with my mental health at the time.
