“I found our sessions incredibly helpful, seeing that my anxieties were legitimate and helping me to understand why I feel certain ways in situations. It really helps to speak to a third party with some outside perspective. Having now experienced counselling I would really urge anyone to do it, it’s not as scary or as big a deal as I thought it would be, I think I always put it off because I felt there was nothing majorly wrong with me but anxiety does build up and it does feel really good to release it. I felt a little lighter after every session.
